Rob: “Hi, my name is Robert Duff and I’m a Deaf Skills Specialist here at The Northeast Independent Living Program.”

Krista: “I’m Krista Brown. I’m the staff interpreter, and I work with Rob.”

Rob: “The DHILS program provides services for deaf, hard of hearing of hearing, and late-deafened individuals. We provide advocacy, peer counseling, skills training, information and referral, help getting assistive technology, and we also host workshops about a variety of topics. NILP and the DHILS program also host social events such as open houses and picnics.”
