Community Support Services (CS)

Community Support Services assist people with disabilities in navigating the complex system of state, federal and community services. Throughout the process, we guide and mentor consumers, empowering them to take charge of their own lives.

What Sets Us Apart

• Our staff provide a high level of peer mentoring and support. We are people with disabilities assisting people with disabilities.

• Through Information & Referral, Peer Counseling, Skills Training, Advocacy and Transition Services, we assist consumers on their path to living independently in the community.
