Community Support Services (CS)

Community Support Services assist people with disabilities in navigating the complex system of state, federal and community services. Throughout the process, we guide and mentor consumers, empowering them to take charge of their own lives.

What Sets Us Apart

• Our staff provide a high level of peer mentoring and support. We are people with disabilities assisting people with disabilities.

• Through Information & Referral, Peer Counseling, Skills Training, Advocacy and Transition Services, we assist consumers on their path to living independently in the community.

Our Goal

To assist people with disabilities in obtaining benefits and services to live independently in the community. 

Our Services

  • An individual may self-refer or be referred by someone else such as a family member, social worker, or ADRC partner
